Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The pack carries the green vegetarian mark.
I'm lactose sensitive. Can I take it?
It contains whey (milk) and may not suit people with lactose sensitivity, as the label says. It also contains soy derivatives.
Can women take it?
Yes. Protein needs are the same kind for everyone. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor first, as the label advises.
Can teenagers take it?
The label says it is not recommended for anyone under 18.
Is it okay for diabetics?
It has 0g sugar and is sweetened with sucralose. If you have diabetes or any medical condition, please ask your doctor before using it.
How many scoops a day?
1–2 scoops a day, as the label recommends.
Does it contain caffeine?
It contains guarana and green coffee bean extracts, which naturally contain caffeine. Keep that in mind if you also take a pre-workout or coffee, or train late in the evening.
